What documents do I need to make a Corporate Travel claim?

To make a claim under a corporate travel insurance policy, you will generally need to provide the following:

  • Proof of travel, such as flight bookings or itineraries
  • A police report or medical certificate, if relevant to the incident
  • Receipts or invoices for any expenses being claimed
  • A completed claim form from the insurer

Depending on the nature of the claim, additional information may be required. For example, missed flight claims may require confirmation from the airline, or stolen baggage claims may need a police report from the country where the loss occurred.

We will guide you through the process and work with the insurer to ensure your claim is submitted correctly and processed as smoothly as possible. Please get in touch with us with any questions.
