CHRIS WEBBER
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Chris Webber is the Managing Director of Webber Insurance, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the insurance industry. His career began with a large national insurance company, where he gained expertise in underwriting and claims management. He later honed his skills at a global brokerage and a suburban insurance broker before establishing his own business.
Throughout his career, Chris has earned a wealth of knowledge across various insurance roles and demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development. He holds multiple industry qualifications, including:
- Senior Associate of the Australian & NZ Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF)
- Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) with the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA)
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP)

DANIEL WEBBER
DIRECTOR
Daniel is a Director at Webber Insurance, renowned for his expertise in Professional Indemnity and solving complex, “out of the box” insurance challenges. His passion for achieving outstanding results and his ability to tackle difficult scenarios have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor for clients with unique needs.
Since joining Webber Insurance Services in 2013, Daniel has been pivotal in transforming the company into the thriving commercial insurance brokerage it is today. He has played a key role in fostering relationships with clients, partners, and underwriters, creating a collaborative network that allows the brokerage to secure exceptional outcomes for its clients.
Daniel began his insurance career in 2006, gaining extensive experience in roles spanning sales support, underwriting, commercial broking, and team management. He holds numerous industry qualifications, including:
- Senior Associate of the Australian & NZ Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF)
- Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) with the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA)

Outside of work, Daniel is a proud father of three children (four if you count his beloved sausage dog, Boston). He enjoys spending time with his family and remains passionate about basketball, continuing to play with the Norwood Flames Basketball Club.

AHSHA WEBBER
FINANCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ahsha is the Financial Operations Manager at Webber Insurance Services and has been an integral part of the business since its inception. Working closely with Chris, Daniel, and the team, Ahsha has played a pivotal role in establishing, building, and growing the company to provide exceptional service to clients.
With a background in teaching, Ahsha brings exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a supportive nature to her role. Her passion for all things finance ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, allowing the team to focus on delivering outstanding insurance solutions to clients.
Outside of work, Ahsha enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, family, and friends. She loves cooking, gardening, and holidays in Noosa, and never misses an opportunity for a night out dancing!

ELIZABETH WEBBER
CHIEF ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Elizabeth is the Chief Administration Manager at Webber Insurance, dedicated to delivering a professional and personalised insurance experience for our clients. She works closely with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met with care and precision, fostering confidence that their coverage is in capable hands.
Since joining Webber Insurance Services in January 2017, Elizabeth has brought her extensive experience in office administration and embraced the challenge of mastering the insurance broking industry. She has played a key role in developing systems and leading staff training, keeping the team agile and responsive to the ever-evolving demands of the industry.
Outside of work, Elizabeth stays active at the gym, enjoys dining out with family and friends, and is a passionate sports fan. With a strong love of travel, she looks forward to exploring more of the world in the future.

JESSICA BRUGIONI
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jess is the Operations Manager at Webber Insurance, driving innovation through system enhancements, streamlined processes, and continuous operational improvements to support both staff and client outcomes.
With nearly a decade of experience in commercial insurance broking, she is passionate about delivering tailored advice and exceptional service to her clients. She combines her expertise with her commitment to staying informed on industry trends to provide the highest quality support.
Jess holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking (ANZIIF) and a Certificate in Executive Management & Development (UNSW). She was also a participant in the 2023-24 Hollard Aspire Women in Leadership Program, reflecting her dedication to professional growth and leadership.
Outside of work, Jess is an avid reader who enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, Muphy & Maple.

CHARLENE JARDIM
MARKETING AND OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Charlene is part of the Webber Insurance operations team and is in charge of ensuring Webber’s online presence is up to date. Her key roles include branding, content management, website updates, and maintaining key relationships with industry associations.
Passionate about continuous improvement, Charlene is dedicated to refining processes that enhance service delivery and customer engagement, ensuring our customers and internal team have all the tools they need for a smooth insurance process.
Outside of work, Charlene enjoys spending time with close friends and family, staying active, and spending quality time with her partner and dogs. She is excited to continue growing in her role and contributing to the success of Webber Insurance Services.

NIKIA GOERS
SENIOR ACCOUNT BROKER
Nikia is a Senior Account Broker at Webber Insurance Services, now based in the Melbourne office. She is dedicated to assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing tailored advice and exceptional service to ensure every client feels confident in their coverage.
Since joining Webber Insurance in 2017 as a trainee, Nikia has steadily progressed through various roles, completing her Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) in 2020. She also holds an Associate Membership with the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) and is a Senior Associate of the Australian & NZ Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF). Her dedication and excellence were recognized when she became a finalist in the SA & NT Young Broker of the Year Awards in 2021.
Nikia loves spending time with her friends, family, and her pug, Snickers. Known for being the life of the party, she enjoys traveling and looks forward to exploring more of the world.

VANESSA LEAK
ACCOUNT BROKER
Vanessa is an Account Broker at Webber Insurance, known for her attention to detail and commitment to providing clients with exceptional and thorough advice. She manages insurance policies and portfolios for clients while also assisting team members whenever needed, ensuring seamless support across the board.
Since joining Webber Insurance Services in January 2019, Vanessa has completed her Tier 1 in Insurance Broking Compliance and earned a Diploma of Insurance Broking (ANZIIF). Her dedication to learning and growth has made her an invaluable team member, confidently navigating the complexities of insurance broking to meet her clients’ needs.
Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and art, immersing herself in a good book, and spending time with family and friends. She also has a passion for travel, embracing opportunities to explore new places.

NATASHA WALLIS
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Natasha is a Finance Assistant at Webber Insurance, providing finance support to Ahsha and assisting with pre-renewal management to help ensure smooth and accurate processes across the business.
With over 20 years of experience in the insurance broking industry, Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) and is a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker (QPIB) with NIBA, reflecting her strong commitment to professionalism within the industry.
Outside of work, Natasha is a proud mum of two girls and enjoys spending her weekends with family. She especially loves beach trips to the Yorke Peninsula with their three labradors.

MIKAILA PHELAN
ACCOUNT BROKER
Mikaila is an Account Broker at Webber Insurance, providing direct support to Daniel accross new business and renewals. She supports a portfolio of key accounts and white-collar construction professionals, working closely with clients to understand their businesses and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Starting her career in the insurance industry in 2017, Mikaila has developed a strong foundation in insurance operations. She holds a Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking and is currently working towards her Diploma of Insurance Broking, reflecting her commitment to professional growth.
A lifelong resident of the Adelaide Hills, Mikaila appreciates the natural beauty of the region and enjoys cherishes spending time with family and friends.

CLAUDIA PETROVIC
BROKER ASSISTANT
Claudia is a Broker Assistant at Webber Insurance, providing direct support to Daniel and Mikaila across new business and renewals. She assists with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of key accounts and white-collar construction professionals, helping the team deliver responsive and reliable support to their clients.
Claudia brings five years of experience in the health insurance industry, where she worked as a Claims Consultant assessing and processing health claims. She also supported members and providers with customer service enquiries, and valued the opportunity to deliver a positive and seamless experience during important moments.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, attending pilates classes, and exploring new brunch and dinner spots.

TRICIA LAWRIE
ACCOUNT BROKER
Tricia is a Broker at Webber Insurance, providing support in the construction team and working closely with builders, tradies and construction professionals. She assists clients with their insurance needs across new business, renewals and claims, helping them protect their businesses with practical advice and tailored solutions.
Tricia holds a Tier 2 qualification in General Insurance Broking and is eager to continue expanding her knowledge through hands-on experience and further study. Her expertise and commitment make her an invaluable member of the Webber Insurance team.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her sons and family, camping in the great outdoors, and occasionally wakeboarding on the lake.

KAYLEIGH CLARK
BROKER ASSISTANT
Kayleigh is a Broker Assistant at Webber Insurance, providing direct support to Tricia with all things construction. She assists with the day-to-day management of client policies across new business and renewals and is known for her bubbly and positive approach when supporting both clients and colleagues.
Kayleigh brings a strong administrative background from her time working in a busy school sports office. She also has extensive customer-facing experience through her work in interior barn door design and as a beauty and skin therapist, roles that strengthened her passion for engaging with people and delivering outstanding service.
Outside of work, Kayleigh enjoys early mornings, being outdoors, and exploring everything South Australia has to offer. She loves spending time with her husband and their two energetic boys, especially when it involves camping trips or watching them play sports.

LUCY LEHMANN
BROKER ASSISTANT
Lucy is a Broker Assistant at Webber Insurance, supporting the team with a range of administrative and client service tasks. She plays an important role in keeping things organised behind the scenes while ensuring clients receive friendly and helpful support when they need it.
Lucy brings a background in hospitality and administration, giving her strong organisational skills and a natural ability to connect with people. Her approachable manner and attention to detail make her a valued support to both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys going on walks, spending time with friends, and watching live music. She is also proudly working on perfecting her Christopher Walken impression.

CAMRYN WALDER
ACCOUNT BROKER
Camryn is a Broker at Webber Insurance, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients including white-collar construction professionals, technology, IT businesses, and real estate professionals. She works closely with clients to understand their risks and ensure they have the right insurance solutions in place to protect their businesses.
Camryn began her career in 2019 and has held roles as a Broker Assistant, Claims Manager, Office Manager, and Broker, specialising in servicing SME clients. She obtained her Tier 1 accreditation in 2020 and successfully completed her Diploma of Insurance Broking in 2024.
Outside of work, Camryn enjoys spending quality time with her partner and their two dogs, catching up with friends and family, exploring new restaurants and wineries, and taking weekend trips away.

RENAE MARTIN
BROKER ASSISTANT
Renae is a Broker Assistant at Webber Insurance supporting the Broking Team. With 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Renae has developed expertise in domestic, farm, and commercial insurance, as well as claims handling. Her extensive knowledge across various insurance types and commitment to efficient, client-focused service make her a valued team member.
Renae holds a Tier 2 accreditation, reflecting her commitment to professional growth and high standards of client service. She takes pride in delivering seamless, efficient support to brokers and clients, ensuring positive outcomes and trusted relationships.

TANIA CALLISTO
BROKER ASSISTANT
Tania is a Broker Assistant at Webber Insurance, supporting Camryn’s team and assisting with the management of a portfolio of construction and design professionals, ensuring clients receive prompt and dependable service.
Tania joined Webber Insurance in 2023, bringing with her a background in administration and finance within the medical field. She holds a Tier 2 General Insurance accreditation and is passionate about client engagement, always striving to assist with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Tania enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking, and supporting her children on the sidelines as they play soccer.

CONNOR PIPPAN-BROWN
BROKER ASSISTANT
Connor is a Broker Assistant at Webber Insurance, providing direct support to the broking team across new business and renewals. He assists with the ongoing administration of client policies, helping the team deliver responsive and dependable support to their clients.
Before joining Webber, Connor spent 7 years in the manufacturing side of the podiatry industry, where he worked across both production and administration. His background has equipped him with strong attention to detail and a practical, organised approach to his work. He is currently completing his Tier 2 General Insurance qualification as he continues to build his career in insurance.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys staying active through running and walking, and is a keen follower of AFL and soccer. He also looks forward to travelling and exploring more of the world in the years ahead.
