How the referral program works:

Share your positive experience with Webber Insurance Services by referring your friends, family or clients to us!

If your referral takes up a policy, we’ll thank you with a $100 e-Gift Card*.

As a token of our appreciation for your support, we’re giving you the chance to win one of 5 x $400 e-Gift Cards* for successfully referring someone to us.

Referral Bonus + Promotion Entry

For every referral that takes up a policy with us, you’ll receive a $100 e-Gift Card* and one entry into the promotion. The more you refer, the greater your chances of winning! Winners will be drawn on 30 November 2025.

Promotion Period

Submit referrals between 1 October 2024 and 30 September 2025 to be entered into the draw for one of five $400 e-Gift Cards*.

How to Enter:

1. Notify Your Referral

Let your client, friend or family member know to expect a call from us — no surprises!

2. Submit the Referral Form

You can refer a contact in several ways:

  1. Fill out the referral form above
  2. When a new client completes our electronic proposal form, they can note your name as the referrer.
  3. Alternatively, you can email us with your referral’s name, phone number, and email address.

3. We’ll Take Care of the Rest

Our team will reach out to your referral and once they take up a policy with us, you’ll receive your $100 e-Gift Card* and an entry into the draw!

Important Information

  • Referrals must be new clients to Webber Insurance Services and cannot have used our services in the last two years.
  • Your referral must take up a policy within 180 days of the referral submission date to qualify for the $100 e-Gift Card.
  • The $100 e-Gift Card will be paid within 60 days after the referred client’s policy has been finalised.
  • ‘Stand-alone’ Builders Warranty Insurance policies are not included in the referral program or entry into the current promotion.

General Terms & Conditions

General Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • The referrer must be an existing client of Webber Insurance Services.
  • The referred client must be new to Webber Insurance Services. Any referrals for individuals or businesses that have received services from Webber Insurance Services in the last two (2) years will not qualify.
  • If the referred individual or business take up a ‘stand-alone’ Builders Warranty Insurance policy, the referrer is not eligible for the referral program reward or entry into the promotion.

2. Referral Submission:

  • Referrals must be submitted via the designated referral webpage: Webber Insurance Referral.
  • All details provided in the referral submission must be accurate and up to date. Webber Insurance Services reserves the right to disqualify any referral submissions with inaccurate or misleading information.

3. Referral Policy:

  • The referred individual or business must take up an insurance policy with Webber Insurance Services within 180 days of the referral submission date to qualify.
  • Referrals must not violate any confidentiality agreements, conflicts of interest, non-solicitation, or non-compete obligations.

4. Rewards:

  • If your referral is successful and meets the conditions stated, you will receive a $100 e-Gift Card.
  • Gift cards will be delivered within thirty (60) days after Webber Insurance Services receives full payment from the referred customer.
  • You will be contacted using the information provided (email or phone) during referral submission to arrange for gift card delivery.

5. General:

  • In the event of any disputes regarding the referral program, Webber Insurance Services will seek to resolve matters in good faith.
  • Webber Insurance Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the Customer Referral Program and its Terms and Conditions at any time. Any decision made by Webber Insurance Services will be final.
  • Referrers and referred individuals must be based in Australia

Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period:

  • The competition runs from 1 October, 2024, to 30 September, 2025. Referrals made outside this period will not be eligible for the competition.

2. Eligibility:

  • Only referrals submitted by existing clients of Webber Insurance Services within the promotional period will be eligible for entry.
  • Each successful referral (where the referred customer takes up a policy) will earn one (1) entry into the competition.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries. Each additional referral that results in a policy will count as an additional entry.

3. Prize:

  • Five (5) prizes of a $400 e-Gift Card will be awarded.
  • The winners will be drawn at random on November 30, 2025.
  • The winners will be contacted via the phone or email provided during the referral submission process.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.

4. Winner Announcement:

  • Webber Insurance Services will notify the winners using the contact details provided.
  • If Webber Insurance Services cannot contact the winners within 14 days, a new winner(s) will be drawn.

5. General:

  • Participation in this competition is subject to the general terms of the Webber Insurance Referral Program.
  • Webber Insurance Services reserves the right to change the rules, prize, and Terms and Conditions of the competition at any time.
  • In the event of a dispute, Webber Insurance Services’ decision will be final.
  • Employees of Webber Insurance Services and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
