We are excited to offer two opportunities to join our Kensington Park-based office. Both roles are open to part-time applicants able to work 25+ hours per week. Full-time applicants will also be considered.

We are a close-knit, supportive team that is sustainably growing, with six new staff members hired in 2025 alone. These new roles are not overly insurance-focused, and we warmly welcome applicants from outside the insurance industry to apply.

About Webber Insurance Services

Since our beginnings in 2011, Webber Insurance has grown into a national specialist insurance broker, serving clients across Australia, primarily in the professional services and construction sectors. We are a technologically advanced business with no manual filing or paperwork. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are confident using our systems.

Role 1: Administration Support (Policy Support)

In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support that keeps our business running smoothly. You will work closely with our account managers and technical team.

Typical tasks include:

  1. Following up with insurers and customers regarding outstanding documents
  2. Checking insurance documents for accuracy
  3. Managing electronic filing, data entry and working with system templates
  4. Supporting the team with general admin tasks and follow-ups

Role 2: Accounts Administrator (Receipting and Debtors Support)

In this role, you will support our CFO whilst working closely with our brokers and support team.

Typical tasks include:

  1. Payment reciepting and basic reconciliation support
  2. Supporting the CFO where required
  3. Following up outstanding debtors (professional, friendly follow-up)
  4. Following up on premium funding defaults
  5. Sending insurer documentation and assisting with processing tasks

What We’re Looking For (both roles)

To thrive in either role, you will need to bring:

  1. Exceptional attention to detail (this is the most important requirement)
  2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with clear and open communication
  3. Strong multitasking skills and good time management
  4. Comfort with change, as processes and systems can evolve regularly
  5. Previous exparience in a customer service or administration role
  6. Confidence in using technology, with proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
  7. Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn
