Insurance Professional

We’re looking for an experienced insurance professional to join our team!

Are you experienced in broking, underwriting or claims and have a proactive, solutions-focused, team-first mindset?

Webber Insurance Services is looking for an experienced Insurance Professional to join a high-performing, supportive team.

This position is intentionally flexible and will be shaped around your skills, interests and experience. Whether your background is in broking, underwriting or claims, we will shape the role to reflect your experience and where you add the most value.

If you understand how insurance works and enjoy balancing client interaction with efficient processes, we will provide all systems training and ongoing support required to succeed.

For candidates without insurance experience, alternative administration roles are available within the business and are advertised separately on SEEK.

This is a hybrid role based in our Linden Park office. Full-time is preferred; however, we are open to candidates who can commit to at least 30 hours per week. Once trained, staff typically work from home up to two days per week.

We are a tech-forward business with no manual filing or paperwork, and structured systems designed to support accuracy and efficiency.

Most of our staff began their careers outside the insurance industry. We are committed to training and development, with many team members taking on additional responsibilities within months of commencing.

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will depend on your experience and the focus of your role, ranging from account management through to broker support. They may include:

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships at various stages of the policy lifecycle
  • Supporting brokers and team members with portfolio management and client servicing
  • Processing policy changes, renewals and endorsements where required
  • Liaising with insurers, underwriters and clients to obtain terms, resolve queries and negotiate outcomes
  • Assisting with claims lodgement and follow-up communication
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and overall client experience

What we are looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused, team-first mindset

We value people who take ownership of their work and actively look for ways to improve both processes and client outcomes.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration between $80,000 to $130,000 plus superannuation, depending on experience and scope of role
  • Flexibility: Full-time or part-time available, with a minimum availability of 30 hours per week
