Terms & Conditions of Entry

Method of Entry

  1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate families.
  3. To enter, participants must complete their details via the online entry form available at www.webberinsurance.com.au/tradiewives-2025-competition.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.
  5. Entries open on 22 September 2025 at 9.00am AEDT and close on 5 December 2025 at 11.59pm AEDT. Entries will only be accepted during this period.

Prizes

  1. There are six prizes to be won:

– 1 x $500 Airbnb voucher
– 5 x $100 Amazon vouchers
– Total prize pool value: $1,000 (inclusive of GST).

  1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  2. Prizes will be delivered electronically to winners via email within one month of the draw.
  3. In the event a prize is unclaimed after one month, a redraw will be conducted.

Prize Draw and Winner Notification

  1. The prize draw will take place at Webber Insurance Services, 328A Magill Road, Kensington Park, SA 5068, during the week commencing 8 December 2025.
  2. Winners will be selected randomly using an online random prize generator, ensuring all entrants have a fair and equal chance of winning.
  3. Winners will be notified by email within two business days of the draw.

Redraw of Unclaimed Prizes

  1. A redraw for any unclaimed prizes will take place one month after the original draw at the same location.
  2. Winners of any redraw will be notified by email within two business days.

Promoter’s Rights

  1. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
  2. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms.

Liability and Disclaimers

  1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

(a) inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information
(b) non-receipt of entries for any reason
(c) problems or technical failures of any kind
(d) unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website
(e) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition
(f) electronic or human error
(g) any damage, loss, or injury (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees, contractors, or agents in connection with this competition or the use of a prize.

  1. The winner is responsible for any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Privacy

  1. All personal information provided by entrants will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.webberinsurance.com.au/website-privacy-policy.

Governing Law

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
