Receptionist / Administration Assistant

We’re looking for an Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our team!

Due to internal growth and a team promotion, we’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our Kensington Park-based office.

This role is open to both part-time and full-time applicants, with a minimum requirement of being available on Wednesdays and Fridays.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll be the face (and voice!) of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Checking insurance documents for accuracy
  • Supporting our account managers and technical team with general admin tasks

We’re a close-knit and supportive team, and we’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, is eager to help others, and takes pride in delivering great service. Don’t worry, this role isn’t too insurancey!

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
  • A strong focus on customer service and a professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents
  • Confidence in sending clear and professional emails
  • Good time management and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
  • Reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn
